Uncleaned room

When I arrived, the room that had been alocated to me, was already occupied. After attempting to contact the company for about 30 mins, I finally got hold of someone who managed to give me a different room, however this room had not been cleaned. There was still rubbish from the previous occupant, dirty towels, faecal marks on the toilet, no toilet paper and a bed that had not been cleaned since the previous occupant. I was told they would get a cleaner in for the 2nd night, which they did, but the first night I had to make do with a room that had already been slept in for several days. It was disgusting.

absolute horror stay! Avoid, they double book rooms and send you somewhere else!!

absoloutely nothing it was an absolute nightmare start to finish!! The advertised studio kitchen does not come with any plates or cutlery or even cooking oil, so you cannot really use it, not even to warm something up as there is no microvate and no kettle. There is a communal kitchen but that kitchen also has no dishes and no kettle and no microvave. I found a half eaten sandwhich in one of the cupboards as well. Absolutely dirty and vile!!

My experience with this provider was absolutely horrendous and appalling. I have booked a two night stay at that property as I was attending a concert on Saturday the 15th of August. I travelled to London after work and due to train issues arrived at the property after 11pm. Upon arrival I was able to access the property with the lockbox code provided but I was unable to access the studio room that I have booked, as the lock box would not open, which was due to the fact that the lock box was damaged as confirmed by the property on the next day. I called the whats-app number provided by the property advising them that I am unable to access the room that I had booked, but the property was not very helpful and told me that there were no other rooms available in the building and told me to go to another property which was 2.43 miles away from the original property that I had booked my stay at. I then had to take an uber to get to said property and unfortunately the only room available there was in a very unsanitary condition. The sheets were dirty and the towels were used, there was no soap to even wash my hands and when I removed the dirty sheets I found the mattress to be severely stained with what looked like body fluids. It was hot and unpleasant in the room but as it was after midnight I had nowhere else to go for the night. I was exhausted and tired, I could not take a shower and had to try to sleep on the dirty sheet that I turned on the other side and put on the dirty mattress and slept across the bed to avoid touching the stains on the mattress. In addition to the apaling sanitary situation the area was also very noisy so I was barely able to sleep and I heard people screaming throughout the night which made me feel very unsafe. It was absolutely apaling !! When I returned to the original property I had booked the next morning I still could not gain access to the room I had booked and booking.com was not helpful at all either.

DEPENDING WHERE YOUR FROM SERVICE WILL VARY NOT INNA GOOD WAY Poor accommodation Poor communication ALL IMAGES ARE OUT OF DATE OF 7A,7B ROOMS ARE CLOSE TO DISREPAIR COACHROACHES USE SKIRTING AS A MEGA HIGH WAY Nothing positive to say about my stay or the staff on shift. Everything described below is supported by video evidence from my stay. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I've had. It offered no value for money and caused nothing but stress. The property was dirty, dusty, had unpleasant odours, and was infested with cockroaches. It genuinely felt like the kind of place where you'd want to wipe your feet on the way out rather than on the way in. The customer service was non-existent. The daytime staff were rude, dismissive, and appeared uninterested in helping once payment had been taken. The communal kitchen on the top floor, along with Rooms 7A and 7B, was in an unacceptable condition. There were cockroaches, a strong smell of sewage, blocked drains, and a toilet that still contained waste left by a previous user. When I arrived, I had booked Room 2 but had not been provided with an access code or instructions to enter the room. I then found that my accommodation had been changed to the top floor without any explanation. I was left waiting for responses to my messages, which were ignored until around 10 a.m., despite the accommodation provided being, in my opinion, unfit to stay in. I was also asked to send a copy of my driving licence before my stay, which I found unusual as I have never been asked to do this by similar accommodation providers. After sending it, I was moved from a ground-floor room next to the entrance to the top floor. I cannot say why this happened, but the experience left me feeling uncomfortable and questioning whether I had been treated differently. If there was a legitimate reason for the room change, it was never explained to me.

The location

Not very clean , a kettle but no spoon or cups , filthy hallway and stairs when arrived, sent urgent message to the owner as didn’t have a key to lock our door all weekend and no one replied to my Messages .
