Nice location and very spacious.

Location and space

Some small issues like access to the property. Squeaky floor. Cloths left in washer dryer (we did not need it anyways - but did not look nice). There was some damp feel at night. Fine during the day. There was a dehumidifier which we used - so it’s ok. Parking is tricky if you have a big car/suv.

The location.

⭐ 0/10 – Unsafe, filthy and completely unacceptable. Do NOT stay here. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had, and I strongly advise future guests to avoid this property for safety, hygiene and personal dignity. The house was extremely dirty, and upon arrival you are greeted by a powerful stench coming from the arc where bicycles are packed. While trying to understand the smell, I discovered an internal door linking the basement to the main house and directly to the outdoors, with the internal lock broken. This is a serious security and privacy risk. Inside, the conditions were shocking. The sofa was filthy, and I found a bread knife hidden between the cushions, which is completely unsafe. The house was freezing cold, the heater didn’t work, and the owner — she — showed no concern at all. Instead of helping, she chose to bully and dismiss me. Basic hygiene was nonexistent: no soap provided, and only one toilet roll for the entire stay. This accommodation fails on every essential standard — cleanliness, safety, privacy, comfort, and respect. I deeply regret staying here. Do not book this place.

Great location & bargain price.

Really good location, nice size rooms, extremely large sofa, plenty of space in the living room and bedroom, comfortable bed and everything you need provided for you. Free Parking was available to us around the rear of the property. Early check in and late check out. Correspondence with owners was really good, Will definitely book again

Slight smell of damp on arrival but that im assuming is because its a basement level and it maybe hadn't been aired, but once we'd been in there a bit we couldn't smell it, The steps to the entrance were steep and straight through a door down that we weren't expecting after opening, it could have resulted in an accident if you had an impatient child maybe? luckily it didn't and we all managed them ok.
