It served its purpose

Well stocked kitchen Good instructions to find it and access keys Good location for st David’s Good enclosed garden for dog Friendly owners

I thought it was quite a big ask to request £250 damages deposit on top of quite a pricey rate. If the house was spotless I’d probably be more empathetic but there was clear signs of longstanding wear and tear e.g. mould on bathroom tiles, very worn shower, damp smell, rip in chair upholstery covered with blanket. Not that it could be helped but a nest of flying ants hatched in the main bedroom so it was not possible to sleep in there - luckily there was another unused bedroom or it would have been awful. Not ideal for people with young children - very steep and narrow stairs to mezzanine and due to lack of curtains over the large window it’s hard to get them to sleep in summer months!!!
