The staff were genuinely amazing! So helpful, so friendly, always there to help! We also liked the room very much, renovated and comfortable.
The noise from the outside was too much, while it was too warm to keep the windows closed.

The room was clean, and the staff was super friendly and respectful. Check-in was easy and painless, and the location is conveniently close to the beach and to the main street, where all the restaurants are.
Unfortunately, our room faced the church, and the bell rings every hour AND every half hour, very loudly, not stopping during the night. Even with the windows closed (which was uncomfortable with no air conditioning) and earplugs on, it still kept us up. I was very surprised this wasn't mentioned in more reviews, since it's impossible to ignore. It is quite expensive for the overall experience, even disregarding the noise. It was very lacking as a 4-star hotel, with outdated rooms, and an underwhelming breakfast without much service involved.
