Besonders attraktiv ist die Nähe zum Strand, zum Dünenreservat und zum Parnassia-Park, zu dem sind es nur wenige Schritte zum kleinen Supermarkt (der alles hat). Sehr schön auch das geräumige LDK und der Balkon.
Nur Kleinigkeiten, vielleicht ein Kartoffelschäler, Spüli und so was für den Anfang. Aber das ist eigentlich kein Problem.

The location is fine, close to the beach. This is exactly what we want. There is an indoor swimming pool & sauna. We did not use them but it is fine to have them.
The house opposite to where we stay has a huge air conditioner or chimmy, which made much noice. For people who would like to be quiet & sit on the balcony to enjoy, was absolutely "no". After a few times complaints, the owner succeeded to contact the police to do something.
Perhaps a gitter/ mesh window can help to prevent so many flies coming into the room. Perhaps some shelves on the wall in the kitchen will help so there is more space to cook a bit.
