Lovely hotel. Great location. Nice food. Good live entertainment
Unfortunately our stay was ruined due to the bed. We requested a double bed and it was 2 singles pushed together which caused my partner terrible pain the following day. When highlighted that night to the staff, no resolution was offered apart from passing the message on. Not very helpful and not what you’d expect from a 5*

Location close to falls’ entry and birds park meaning walkable ! Breakfast really exceptional with choice and quality Amenities great fitness room and swimming pool also egame room and spa

Beautiful pool area and super convenient to the Brazil side of the falls.
We were there in June and were quite cold. Heat was inadequate throughout the facility. Also the food was pricey- almost as much as much as the hotel cost- and there wasn’t any alternatives nearby. Had to go into Argentina to get a decent meal.

Great location for the falls.
Pool was great.
Room was very small, breakfast was average.
Staff seemed a bit awkward. Very polite but everything seemed to be just a little difficult. Room service knocked once and came into the room at 9.45pm while we were sleeping?! No idea what that was about.
