Posizione sul lago di Nembia, cortesia del personale, colazione abbondante e varia, parcheggio interno e pulizia delle stanze. Vicinanza con ottimo ristorante con prenotazione in hotel.
Suggerirei delle sdraio a disposizione dei clienti da portare sul lago. Per il resto davvero tutto ok.

la impossibilità logistica di accedere a un ristorante degno del posto, quello accanto, unico disponibile per una cena era inaccessibile, personale pessimo, gestore arrogante e maleducata, non ha rispettato la nostra prenotazione, ha offerto un menu indegno anche di un ospizio, non ha rispettato il costo offerto in convenzione con l'hotel. Ci ha costretto a fare cena in città, lontana dall'hotel e molto scomodo per noi tornare tardi in hotel su un percorso stradale molto pericoloso. Tutto ciò ha rovinato le nostre vacanze.
