The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Senad at reception, who deserves a special mention. Having on-site parking was very convenient, and the hotel is just a short walk from Orebić.
Everything was spotlessly clean, and the sea was beautiful and crystal clear. We also really appreciated the abundance of shade and the comfortable loungers. The first-row loungers with an umbrella cost an additional €20, but they are definitely worth it. They are also nicely spaced apart, which makes the experience even more relaxing.
The food selection could be better. We have stayed at hotels on the Adriatic coast in a similar price range where the food was noticeably better. Occasionally, a dish would be excellent, but overall, the quality was inconsistent.
If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday, this may not be the best choice. There was quite a lot of noise and many children around, which made it difficult to fully relax.
The beach also became extremely crowded during the weekend. Since it is not private, guests from other hotels and nearby areas also use it. At times, the sea was so crowded that you had to walk quite far into the water, almost up to your neck, before finding enough space to swim comfortably.
One minor issue was that the shower gel in our room was empty when we arrived. We informed the staff that same evening, but it took two full days to replace it. It was a little annoying, although this was the biggest issue we experienced during our stay. It certainly does not outweigh all the positive things, especially the friendliness of the staff.

I really love the location, the beautiful beach, and the pools. The food is great, and the hotel is very family-friendly, with lots of space and plenty of shade, which is perfect when travelling with kids. Everything is clean and well looked after, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We’re really enjoying our stay!

The food was very good, with a variety of options. We wish there were more sugar-free options. Some food was not fresh but rather warmed up, as we experienced firsthand.
Although the rooms provided enough space, the beds and pillows were not comfortable, especially for someone with back problems. The beds were too soft, and the pillows were too high, which made sleeping painful. Many people who were not registered at the hotel were using the pool area, which made it super crowded. We only saw a lady from the hotel once kick out a group of teens from the pool area who were not staying at the hotel. The power went out a few times during our stay, and the AC was not working at those times, which made the rooms super hot. The hotel staff was very pleasant, in general.
