Location is considered high amongst all hotels in Cameron Highland, very cool weather especially at night, convenient shop to nearby kea farm
Welcoming lobby was very dark in daylight, kinda scary house in my opinion. Lobby should be bright with good lighting.

The rooms were clean and tidy. Had a great view from the room. The rooms were really spacious. Value for for money. Very systematic check in procedure. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it was great.

The location. Honestly the location of Copthorne is only walkaway distance to many attractions including Kea Farm, Sheep sanctuary, EQ strawberry farm, Kea market, Zoomania, Jin2 steamboat etc. The variety of breakfast.
The condition of the hotel itself. We found poop at bathing area and quickly asked the cleaners to clean it up. The room still had hairs from previous occupants (maybe) because it was there when we check in itself. For a hotel that located so strategically in the heart of Cameron Highlands, it could have well maintained.
While I liked the variety of breakfast, it could have tasted more better. Please change your sambal tumis (tasteless) for nasi lemak to normal anchovies based sambal. The girl who was making the egg omelets was not trained well. So much of egg wastage.
