Accommodated a lot of people for our function. Location was close to USM. Those were most important to us. Ample hot water for everyone. There was 7 of us . Communication was excellent. Very prompt response, easy check in
Not enough seating in the living room for a house this big. No personal charm, very sterile. Only utensils in the front were clean, I found stains in the mugs inside the cabinet. Not a place to relax or come for a long stay. More suitable for a quick stay of you have a function nearby like we did
