Avons séjourné au mois de janvier 2026 dans cette trés belle villa, trés propre avec toutes les commodités largemenrt suffisantes , voir plus, il y avait vraiment tout pour etre dans un confort irréprochable 5 étoiles. La villa est trés spacieuse, bien agencée, et trés calme pour des vacances parfaites. Avons bien évidement profité de la piscine .merci encore aux proprietaires pour leur sens de l accueil et leurs confiance. A conseillé tres vivement pour des vacances parfaites...merci et à probablement bientôt dans votre ile magnifique...

This was a perfect stay for our family of seven. The house is clean, comfortable, spacious and very well equipped for a beach vacation (what a dream to borrow beach chairs and a cooler and towels instead of packing them!). The neighborhood is quiet and ideally located. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. I wish we could've stayed much longer!

My family and I were welcomed to this villa by Vanessa and Fred. This beautiful villa is used by the couple as both a holiday let for tourists as well as a seaside escape for themselves and their young family so it naturally has that warm family home vibe.
The kitchen is perfectly equipped with cooking utensils and pots/pans, oven, cooking stoves, microwave etc. The hosts leave plenty of spare towels for use at the seaside and swimming pool.
The bedrooms are large and airy. There is one master bedroom with an ensuite on ground floor perfect for anyone with mobility issues to avoid stairs. The upstairs area is almost a separate contained unit with two bathrooms and toilets and a separate living room/reading area.
The main living room and dining area on the ground floor have great natural light pouring in, with walk in access to the small but private garden area at the back. A great space to kick back with tv or books or do work on the laptop at the table.
The local beach Bain Boeuf is picture-perfect, although not so much a swimming beach. However the best swimming beaches, Pereybere and La Cuvette are only 5-10mins drive away. Cap Malhereux is also a beautiful spot to have local seafood grilled and served next to the l'eglise Notres Dames and there is also a nearby Murugan Kovil.
La Croissette and Mon Choisy (large shopping mall areas) and Super U Grand Baie and Winners Pereybere will provide all groceries and shopping needs - all a 10-15min drive away
This villa itself is very clean and well maintained, with a friendly local lady coming to clean weekly, it is a perfect spot to relax and unwind with the family.
Vanessa and Fred were easy to contact with any questions and very welcoming, fluent in French, English (and of course Mauritian Creole).
Highly recommend.
The roads to enter the street on the villa are a bit narrow and bumpy but that is no fault of Fred and Vanessa and perhaps contributes to the tranquil area surrounding the villa.
