Am Atlantik nahe Lissabon.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolles Frühstück! Insgesamt sehr nette Atmosphäre . Gut um Lissabon zu besuchen, gibt Zug. Casceis ist ein schöner kleiner Ort direkt am Meer mit ausgezeichneten Fischlokalen. Eines ist sogar direkt gegenüber vom Hotel.

Leichter Strassenlärm. Das Bett nicht so komfortabel. Man sollte in neue Boxspringbetten investieren.

Má experiência, não recomendo.

Casamento no jardim, direto para o meu quarto num dos dias da estadia (tarde + noite) O hotel não avisou desse evento. Perdi a privacidade, a tranquilidade do descanso e fiquei sem lugar de estacionamento (tive de estacionar na rua). Incompreensível para um hotel de 5 estrelas. No geral, não corresponde às expectativas (espaços comuns, pequeno almoço fraco, comodidades fracas...)

Jag kommer tillbaka, passade oss, som ville vandra och se sittrabergen, Cascais och Atlandkusten.

Superfint lyxhotell som besöktes under lågsäsong. Bastu, saltvattenpool, nära till vandring, och ca 1 timme till Lisbon, gångavstånd till Cascais.

Man kunde ej äta på hotellet kvällstid, och resturanger i närheten är svindyra.

Not 5 star

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. We didn't use the spa area, but it looked nice. Location is beautiful with lovely views along the coast.

The carpets were very stained. The paint was bubbling and peeling. The shower was over the bath, and the bath was very slippery. There is only a coffee pod machine in the room with 2 pods, any more you have to pay for, no tea making facilities. Our friends asked for tea in the room, and they wanted to charge them. Restaurant and bar closed at 7pm. There wasn't much around the area in the way of places to eat or drink.

The location was so quite but only a few euros in a uber to cascais where you can spend a busy day and come back to piece and quite

Unfortunately hotel restaurant does not do evening meals and the bar closes at 7 and the breakfast did not have a great choice no tea making fasilaties in room only coffee machine then they want 2 euros after the first 2 free claims to be 5 star the only thing 5 star about the hotel is the prices they charge for everything I personally would rate it 4 decoration around hotel is tierd and the moulding in the rooms is made fro polastirine not plaster carpets a dirty around property if you don't want a lot to do on your holiday then this is the place for you but I personally think it's over priced but it has a beautiful coastline

Secluded paradise in Cascais

Location is a bit far from center but very relaxing and silent peace of paradise. garden and building is amazing, so lush, calming and charming.we had a garden view room with very secluded place. restaurant infront of the hotel is one of the best spots for dinner on the cluff.

wifi works only near by pool, other locations are not covered. breakfast is very poor, though they try a lot, have bubbles but not enough.

Excellent place to stay for a few days to explore the beautiful area around Cascais

beautiful location overlooking the ocean. Nice terrace for breakfast and drinks. Nice, cozy, personal atmosphere - clearly not a mass market hotel. :-)

It's a pitty that no dinner is served at the hotel

you need a car or taxis to get anywhere - 5-10 mins from cascais. I wouldn’t be happy with the pool in summer as it’s right next to a busy road.

Superb hotel but no restaurant

Good quality hotel with friendly staff.

No restaurant so you have to go across the street to eat and thats the only restaurant nearby. The hotel is away from all the tourists attractions so you need to think about how you going to get there.

Spent our time sorting lost bags from airline. That has nothing to do with hotel but put a bad taste

Room was clean and comfortable

Bath in bathroom was damaged and crudely repaired. The hand towel holder was broken and kept falling to the floor.

Lovely hotel with wonderful staff. It would have got 10/10 if the bar and restaurant had more generous opening hours (It close 7pm) but overall highly recommended if you are looking for a relaxing escape!

Excellent experience! The staff is very kind and the place is absolutely beautiful!

I really enjoyed returning to this boutique hotel. This is now the fifth time we stay at Senhora da Guia. The room was large and very comfortable. The staff was extremely attentive and kind specially Artur at the lobby. I loved having breakfast every morning with such a magnificent view of the sea! It was a real pleasure staying at this hotel!

Marta was amazing and made our stay so special in every way. She was wonderful.

I was celebrating a special birthday , and Marta in the dining room, made sure everyday was a special one, and they had a beautiful cake on the day. the front desk staff were very helpful.

Honestly my only complaint with this hotel, is the bathtub, it is very difficult to get in and out of , and I hurt my feet constantly. There is nothing to grab or hold on to to get in.

overrated hotel with bad service

Location is fine, gardens are nice, but pool is dated, breakfast is very basic and above all, airco wasn’t working, so the basic expectation of a hotel - good night sleep - was not delivered. Complaint wasn’t handled, no follow up and careless reaction by staff at check-out. Malfunction of ac could happen, but rather than owning the problem, it was considered our problem. very bad experience for such a hefty rate. hotel not recommended.

manager did not follow up on our complaint of non functioning airco (making sleeping unpleasant and impossible), staff didn’t act when reminded, just very bad service for a customer paying heavy rates for (at least) a good night sleep.

Staff were amazing! So attentive and friendly Lovely courtyard and fountain

Not really a negative but the air con was broken in our room. However, when we notified the reception they were on the case and got us a portable fan which was more than sufficient!

Not the best experience.

Location.

NOT a 5 star hotel - not even close. No air conditioner in the room during our stay there (3 days). Pool bar closes at 19:00 even in the weekend, they don’t have a drinks menu at the pool and the bartender can be nicer and defo he should upgrade his cocktail skills.
