The owner was always interested in our stay, advised us and gave us useful information about beaches, restaurants and sights we could visit.
The apartment is in a block of flats located very close to beaches for all tastes. There are also appreciated restaurants here.
The area is quite far from the center of Saranda, at least 40 minutes walk.
There are parking spots in the center, for example the most decent parking spot I found was for 700 lekk for two hours.
A rather stressful problem was the parking spot at the accommodation, but the owner was always attentive to us and helped us to park the car safely.
I would advise the owner to equip the kitchen a little more 🙂. Also, a table on the balconies, bedside tables in the bedrooms, would be something to appreciate

Bel appartement, spacieux, lumineux et propre

Bien situé
Le gardien est sympa
Beaucoup de petits défauts : manque d'ameublement (pas de tables de chevet ni rangement ou étagère dans la salle de bain pour poser ses affaires) et mobilier de mauvaise qualité
Manque important d'ustensiles dans la cuisine (3 verres et 3 couverts pour 3 personnes pas plus), même pas une éponge donc la vaisselle est sale à notre arrivée
Gros point faible : la salle de bain : Il manque une partie de la porte de douche, cela fuit et il y a plein de moisissure dans la douche.
Il n'y a pas de place pour stationner contrairement à l'annonce, nous avons payé 1000 leks par jour au gardien pour se garer
Une table sur le balcon serait appréciable pour manger
