Stressful

Location. Has potential to be great if they sort their act out.

WARNING! Listing is deceptive, you do not stay in the central plaza building shown, nor do you get a mini bar or a view. Very poor communication and overcomplicated check in process with a 3rd party. On check in day they sent key codes and check in details for a DHG Conti hotel on the other side of city! I had to spend a few very stressful hours texting back n forth for correct check in codes. The accom is in the basement of a back street complex and 'VIEW' is of the tall office building 3 metres away blocking all natural light. Fire alarm system at main entrance beeps constantly and can be heard all night. No instructions provided on how to use thermostat, so its to hot to sleep. No instructions on using dishwasher (which had dirty unwashed cutkeey inside) with 5 buttons without any wording on them. No instructions on waste or recycling process. Just 1 bin, no powders for washer or dishwasher. Dryer barely gets warm. The owners need to raise their game significantly and update the listing to show the real building, remove 'view' etc from listing and stop tricking people into booking and paying without an option to cancel with refund before realising its not what they thought they were getting and no other option than to stay or lose money. Its fraud and booking.com should investigate them and their previous fake reviews.
