Location, price, and free parking! :)

Toilet could use a retirement. It’s old and should probably be replaced soon, but wasn't unbearable to use.

Could use some updates in rooms. Outlets didn't work, a few holes need patched, lock on door needs fixed, ect

Great location. Beds are very comfortable. Reasonable price.

Needs fixed up a little more. Things need patched, some of the electrical outlets do not work, security lock on door was broken. Need to dust table/night stand better as they were really dusty.

The price was super low

The bathroom sink and toilet had very little water pressure and the pool filters weren’t running and full of debris.
