Lovely little place to stay, cute hamper was a lovely touch. Wanted to leave cash for some of the decor 😆😆
If anything I’d say the sofa was uncomfortable, I was training and after long days sitting there was painful but it’s hardly something to complain about. It’s a sofa bed so it is what it is, host needs to be equipped in case another bed needed.

We have stayed there before, the house is clean and tidy, almost homely, everything worked, towels were soft and the bed very comfy. We shall stay again, it is a really nice place.

- the welcome basket – lovely touch
- great location, easy to access all the places we wanted to visit from here
- kitchen is well-equipped, we had everything we needed, and appreciated the extras such as washing up liquid, tea/coffee etc which make self-catering so much easier
- great off-street parking
- streaming TV, big plus
- free Wi-Fi a bonus
- generally a quiet area
- the property was quite hard to find as there is no house number and the front door faces a road with a different name from the address
- the key safe was hard to locate and very low down - some better instructions about finding the house and key safe would have made our arrival less stressful!
- some areas were not as clean as we would have expected - carpets looked unhoovered and there was an accumulation of dust in some corners
- the shower gel was a nice touch but unfortunately so watery and lacking any smell that we ended up buying our own
- some noise from the neighbours at times (after 11pm)
