Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt! Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Auch das Essen war sehr gut.
Das absolute Highlight war jedoch die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge vom eigenen Balkon. Besonders der Anblick auf den Kangchendzönga, der beim Sonnenaufgang in ein wunderschönes Licht getaucht wird, ist einfach magisch und wird uns immer in Erinnerung bleiben.
Auch die Organisation unseres Ausflugs nach Darjeeling wurde unkompliziert und zuverlässig vom Hotel übernommen – ein toller Service!
Ein wunderbarer Ort, an dem Gastfreundschaft großgeschrieben wird. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful 3-Night Stay at Summit Enigma Resort & Spa, Lamahatta
We had an amazing 3-night stay at Summit Enigma Resort & Spa. The beautiful location, peaceful surroundings, and warm hospitality made our trip truly memorable.
A special thanks to Manager Karan for his exceptional care and professionalism, Ruchika at the front office for her warm welcome, Aryan and the service team for their prompt and friendly assistance, Phurba from housekeeping for keeping our room spotless, and Chefs Subhash and Piter for the delicious meals throughout our stay.
The highlight of our trip came on the last day when the clouds parted to reveal a spectacular view of Kanchenjunga. It was a magical sight and the perfect ending to a wonderful vacation.
Highly recommend this resort for its outstanding service, great food, stunning views, and genuinely caring staff. We look forward to returning soon! 🌟🏔️😊

I am so delighted and surprised to find such a wonderful property ..staff there especially Karan ji the manager fulwa ji the cook female staff all were outstanding ..Karan ji who's the manager of the property is gem of a person he made sure that every guest feels home there.the property is beyond expectations hospitality will allways make you feel home.This was the best stay ever in my life the view the forest nearby every thing was dreamy.i stayed there for 4 nights and have decided to visit there atleast 3 times a year because that place will rejuvenate you not only physically but also mentally..highly recommended for people who love nature and calm ness..ofcourse it is a silent village so will have to keep that in mind..I am really thankful to summit group for coming up with such a wonderful property...God bless
If you can change the mattress as it is very soft..if regular mattress can be used it will be more convinient i beleive
