The hotel is of close proximity to a large mall - which has big brands such as Tommy, Uniqlo, Haidilao, and more! All the hotel staff were very friendly throughout our stay, and did their best to make us feel comfortable.
We went during early spring and the ACs were functioning as heaters… One of our rooms (out of 3) was rather warm, and the staff did their best to provide fan, cooling drinks, and even fruits to make-up for the discomfort we initially felt 😅 We fully understand that this is not the hotel’s fault as the AC is a centralised one (shared with the mall). Apart, we booked a room with 2 double beds (for 3 pax) and the beds were slightly small. The hotel manager (Xie) went above and beyond by adding an extra bed to ensure that we can all have a good rest. On this note, we would like to thank Xie for her hospitality and help throughout our stay!
NIL. All our supposed ‘issues’ were resolved promptly and efficiently by the staff at EVEN. If there’s one thing to mention, the drop-off and pick-up (with luggage) can be abit troublesome as there is no roundabout leading to the hotel lobby. However, that’s just the building structure…
