Disappointing, unprepared host, bad customer service.

The location is good and the apartment is not bad. The aparthotel's reception is Ok.

It was a business trip, so no time to waste, but the host didn't provide the door code to access the apartment in advance. I was exhausted after more than 20 hours travelling and despite that I was kept waiting for more than two hours until finally being able to access the apartment. Despite several attempts to contact the host by Phone, WhatsApp the Booking.com's platform to get the door code he didn't respond any. Even the Reception of the Aparthotel tried to reach him many times without success. I also tried to contact Booking.com's Local Customer Support by message on the platform and by phone, but didn't get any answer from them. When I finally got access to the room we saw it wasn't really clean, especially the bathroom, however due to long hours waiting outside to get access to the room, we decided to clean up the space as minimal as possible just to have a decent shower and sleep. The next day the host was informed by WhatsApp that the room wasn't really clean, in particular about the shower area in the bathroom, but he refused to believe it, and immediately demanded photos or videos to prove it. So it's unnecessary to say that taking photos or videos of dirt wasn't my priority at 01h00AM after a long wait to get a room. Long story-short, the host just said the room was cleaned as usual and whether I wanted to request "another" cleaning as well as if I want to change the towels along my 15 days staying, I must pay an additional fee for this "special service". I have no idea that to get a clean room would be a "special service". NOTE: Finding an unprepared place or even a not so professional host is bad but isn't a surprise, however I'm really frustrated with Booking.com's Customer Support because they never came back or even tried to provide any support, whatsoever.

Vista do quarto horrível. Cama bem mediana com dois travesseiros baixos.
