Everyone was very nice, Jose was excellent at guiding us around the city and around the hotel as well. WiFi was great. Front desk nice too and drinks were great!

Our room first room 406- shower was clogged and the AC made a really loud noise at random times. Once they switch us to 206- it was good but way smaller, shower was still clogged and water would go out a lot too, we had a noise as well but we weren’t sure what it was but we were so tired that it was manageable to sleep at least.

The parking situation and the balcony had a lot of pigeon poop

Great location right in the main square.

Slightly weird interaction with the men at reception. I asked if I could check in. They looked at me blankly. I asked in Spanish. The still appeared confused looking at their computer. After a while they asked my name. I gave it to them, they then ignored me for several minutes. Eventually i sat down to look for another hotel on booking as it appears they didn’t receive my reservation and didn’t really want me there. A lady then approached me explaining I could check in in a few hours, which was fine. Odd behaviour from the two men at reception, some customer service training probably in order 😄 Rooms pretty basic The gym sucks, a few small dumbells and a running machine. Overall, the high price was not justified despite the great location, customer service was poor, and rooms basic.
