Marakame San Pancho

Me gustaron las instalaciones, muy linda decoración. Desde el check in hubo detalles como la infusión de jamaica y la toalla para refrescar que marcan la diferencia. La alberca con vegetación crean un ambiente muy lindo y de relajación.

En general todo bien, habia una zona de bar pero no estaba en funcionamiento, quizas si esta activa podria motivar a la gente a pasar mas tiempo en las instalaciones. Una barra de cafe quedaria genial.

great location in San Pancho, very nice facilities (especially the warm pool) and spacious room. The staff was very helpful (they helped me changed the rooms from a ground floor that was a bit dark and humid to an upper floor one)

Comfy pillows & clean room. Nicly decorated. But:

First of all, the room was far too loud. The room was facing a very busy road and you could hear basically everything going on on the streets - if you go bring ear plugs with you. Secondly, bathroom privacy not given. The bathroom was directly open to the room and only seperated by the hallway with wooden slats. Making everyone - other hotel guests and staff - also hearing you being on the toilet. Also, you need to bring your own hair dryer if you need one. In addition, we had booked a room with a private jacuzzi. However, the jacuzzi was clearly visible from the street. At one point, a stranger stood by the fence and stared directly at us while we were in the jacuzzi, which was extremely unsettling. When this incident occurred, there was no one available at reception, so we had to contact Booking.com for assistance. To date, no one from the hotel has reached out to us regarding this matter. Furthermore, the whirlpool water was excessively hot, to the point that it was not possible to enjoy it properly. Overall, the lack of privacy and the absence of on-site support during a serious incident were very disappointing. All in all we payed way too much for the value we got, which is pretty disappointing.
