The location was great for access to amenities and centre.
Friendly and approachable staff.
Small room. Just a path to walk around the bed when you enter and nothing else.
Hot summer and no AC nor fans. The window opened to the main street with night music so it was uncomfortable to sleep in the heat and maintain your peace.
Also, could do with frosting the bathroom windows that are street side. I didn't particularly like going to the toilet and looking right out on the street doing my business.
The toilet was not secured on the floor so you could feel it move every time you sat on it.
Shower drainage was terrible. After a shower you're left in a pool of waste water from your shower.
The place is quite dated, the state is now beyond general wear and tear when you go beyond the lobby. Could do with a refurb to have the extortionate pricing seem worth it.
Although it's not just this place. Most accommodations seem to offer below basic expectations with high prices anyways.

The room was of a good size and the bathroom was clean.
The staff we met were very helpful and approachable.
We did not book breakfast as we were leaving too early in the morning, so cannot provide feedback on that.
We stayed for 1 night accommodation only and that went well.

Stayed in Annexe at side.
Comfortable but you can hear everything from room next door, especially water running & toilet flushing.
