I enjoyed the new building. Loved the views from the rooftop terrace. It was too cold for a swim in the pool but I'm sure it's nice to use during summer months. Neighbourhood was VERY quiet in a relatively upscale area with lots of old mansions. Felt very safe to walk around at night. Saw women walking home alone at night so they seem to think the same. Very lush greenery providing shade and ornamentation over the sidewalks around the building.
windows and doors to balcony had air leaks causing loud whistling noise when it was windy outside. Made it hard to sleep during windy days. During Paraguayan winter this likely means it's very cold in the unit.
Bathroom exhaust fan was very noisy. Unit could use an in suite washing machine. Had to get a code from the reception to use the communal washer with a four hour time slot. Couldn't book it in advance had to ask reception and wait for a washer to become available. Gym could be bigger and use better equipment but better than others I've experienced.

Exelente ubicación a pocas cuadras de shopping mariscal, la comodidad y seguridad del lugar es muy buena, sin duda volveria
