Clean room, bed sheets & bathroom, soft towels that get regularly exchanged. Property was very clean and modern. The air conditioning stopped working for a small amount of time but they had a tech in straight away to fix it.
The service here is unmatched. The staff was insanely helpful and available to assist with anything in an instant, and the manager Neeraj was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Another major highlight was the homestay is very close to Triveni Ghat

Our recent stay at the Anandmay was fantastic! The room was good-sized with all the amenities. The first evening we wanted to go for the Ganga aarati, and one of the staff, Neeraj came with us and showed us the where to sit for a perfect view of the aarati. Next day when I wanted to know where to take a dip in the Ganga, they sent a staff to accompany us all the way, to and from the river.

Room was not cleaned hairs all around.
No 👎 food options around,
toilet was dirty but toiletries pack was good.
last used towel was still their and
AC made more noise than the city traffic
He insists to pay in advance to confirm DONT BE READY to PAY IN ADVANCE as many might have cancelled after reaching or seeing the property.
Hot water takes an hour to fill the bucket and no place to keep soap or toiletries.
Most dirty foot rug ever seen.
Bed pillow and Blanket was decent but curtains are soo thin could get the light from outside.
No sound proofing, thru windows can even hear the water dropping from AC to all city noise.
Seriously felt like cheated......!!
