Sehr gute Lage, top Appartement, top Ausstattung
Parkplatz Situation leider katastrophal, Parkplatz viel zu klein.
Der Pool ist sehr renovierungs- und pflegebedürftig.

Die Unterkunft war hervorragend, perfekte Lage,die Aufteilung der Wohnungen und der Garten mit Pool ist ideal um mal einen Tag unter sich zu sein .
Vermieter sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar.
Der Poolsauger ging leider nicht weshalb sich im Pool schon Algen am Untergrund gebildet haben und dementsprechend war das Wasser etwas trüb. Das ist aber auch das einzige, ansonsten hat alles einwandfrei gepasst.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Apartment entsprach genau der Beschreibung, war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ideal – strandnah und dennoch zentral. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Vermieterin, die unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit war und sehr gut Deutsch gesprochen hat. Auch der Pool war sehr gepflegt und genau wie beschrieben. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

The location is excellent. The household appliances are from good brands, easy to use and well maintained. We also appreciated that our dogs, who are therapy and coaching dogs, were allowed to stay in the apartment. The hosts were very responsive whenever we had questions, which we appreciated. However, the issues we reported were not resolved, at least not during our stay. There was also a very nice swimming pool available for use, although we did not use it.
One of the bedrooms had no windows, while in another bedroom the windows were fixed and can not be opened. In the third bedroom, the doors were stuck and could not be closed at all. In one of the bedrooms, the bed was uneven because the bed slats were broken. In addition, there were several areas where water was leaking. As a result, mould had developed in some places and the plaster was peeling off. According to photos we expected better view (we were situated in the basement, so the view was next to zero).
There was only one air-conditioning unit in the accommodation.
Unfortunatelly, overall, the condition of the accommodation did not meet the expected standard.
P. S.:
We were informed in advance that the parking spaces were very small, and we were also directed to alternative parking options nearby, which we appreciated. It takes quite some manouvering to park 🙃
