Could have been better if staff cared when contacted

- Good location - good size apartment with potential (however a bit let go, doors that don’t fully close etc)

The chip on the key for the block entrance door stopped working and everytime one of us had to stay in because we would get locked out. - the number provided leads only to an answering machine, when we contacted property on booking chat - they replied after 3 DAYS that we have to send an email. This ruined our stay. We couldn’t all go out at the same time. Security also speaks 0 English with bad attitude. With a bit more care our experience would have been great. Unfortunately the company should also take more care of the apartment, fixing little things like the doors as mentioned above.

Dirty.

Good location. We managed to find a parking space on the street next to the apartment building. (~ 13 EUR) per day of parking.

The cleanliness fee (~70 EUR) was included, but unfortunately the apartment was not clean at all. The kitchen was dirty, with dusty surfaces, moldy plates, and only a few usable cups. It’s difficult to imagine how the kitchen could serve 7 people as advertised. We also found someone’s dirty clothes left in the cupboard, hair stuck on the door, and even hair on the shower wall. Several pieces of furniture were broken, and overall, the place did not feel welcoming or well-maintained. In addition, we had requested a cot when booking, but it was not provided. Perhaps this needed to be arranged directly with the host, but when I tried contacting them on the day of arrival with a question, I only received a reply two days later—after our stay had already ended. There were also smaller details that added to the disappointment, such as an empty soap dispenser in the toilet that had just been filled with water. Overall, the apartment did not meet expectations and did not feel worth the cleanliness fee. Would not recommend it.
