Het is een top appartement. Het is licht en luchtig en ruim. Prima schoon.
Dichtbij het centrum waar alles gebeurd en de tram stopt voor de deur.

Lo que más me gustó del alojamiento fue que estaba muy limpio y completamente reformado, por lo que resultó muy cómodo. Además, tenía una ubicación muy práctica: la parada del tranvía estaba a solo 2 minutos andando y se podía llegar a la Plaza del Duomo en unos 20 minutos a pie. Fue un viaje en familia con mis hijos de 2 y 4 años y estuvimos muy a gusto.
Lo que menos me gustó fueron las indicaciones para acceder al alojamiento. En principio parecen claras: la primera puerta se abre sin problemas pulsando el botón que indican. Sin embargo, nosotros llegamos sobre las 12 de la noche y la segunda puerta, la del portal, no se abría. En ningún momento se explica que hay que volver a pulsar el mismo botón para poder abrirla.
Tuvimos que contactar con ellos y, en unos 10 minutos, nos solucionaron el problema. Después de leer otros comentarios, vimos que no fuimos los únicos a los que les ocurrió. Creo que sería recomendable revisar y mejorar las instrucciones de acceso, ya que pueden generar muchas dudas. Incluir fotografías o un vídeo explicativo haría el proceso mucho más sencillo para los futuros huéspedes.

The place was extremely clean, beds were comfy and it had easy access to trams.
The water had a smell once it came out, although it disappears after a minute or two of running it.

Muatap kimseyi bulamadık , giriş taptığımız gün kapıda 1 saat içeri girmeyi bekledik , kimse yoktu , hasbelkader biri kapyı açtı , bir bayan tanımadığımız house keeping odasını gösterdi ve anahtarı alarak kendimiz girdik , 4 gün bıyunca temizlik için gelen olmadı , firmadan kimseyi görmedik konuşamadık
