Spotlessly clean and tidy. Brand new, modern twist of a traditional, compact, multilevel Japanese inner city home.
Close to everything. Lovely neighborhood. Plenty of space to accommodate large families or a few couples. Everything’s been taken care of here, clean bedrooms and living spaces, beautiful bathrooms and a laundry!!Crisp clean linen and very comfortable beds. Arrival treats were very thoughtful. Would definitely stay again.

My favourite stay on this trip, in my favourite city in Japan. It's just the right distance away from downtown to commute and have some peace at night. Everything except 7/11 and Dominos closes around 22:00-23:00. The rooftop patio area is a highlight, or a nightmare depending on how you perceive my comments in the "didn't like" section below. This property is superb, as were the hosts who answered any replies using the booking chat features in minutes. It's clean, tidy and has pretty much everything you'd require for a short stay.
Please don't misunderstand me when I remove a point and I feel slightly bad for doing so as this review is well intentioned.
I feel the lounge/kitchen would have been better placed on the ground floor and bedrooms on the top 2 floors. There are split floor levels, where you least expect them, causing stubbed toes in the dark and stair treads were so narrow I had to walk sideways to climb. It's tough challenge carrying luggage above ground/first floor level. The top bedroom is only base camp, as there's another Amsterdam type ladder-like staircase to be negotiated before you reach the summit of the rooftop patio which is difficult after a few beers. Once up there, you will either love/hate the cool night atmosphere, ambience, and planes landing every 90 seconds at the nearby Itami airport.
More towels. Flatten the floors, redesign the stairs and this scores a 10. All day long.

Very good location with next of 7-11. Front of famous Ramen restaurant. And super maruhachi at cross road. Many of car parks nearby. This wonderful to family with kids.
Kitchenette is good and useful to family love cooking to kids.

The communication with our host was excellent and all the important information was provided beforehand.
There is a very friendly 7/11 store next door which we used often, a nice restaurant across the small road along with a superb supermarket which sells everything you should need at local prices.
Nothing to dislike about the place, it’s a 15 min walk to the metro station but we eventually used Uber taxi service for all our travel plans.
