Cleanliness. Comfortable.
Recognised decor efforts, that added warmth and personality to the room.
Booked this room specifically because it said it had a coffee machine, which is untrue and misleading advertising.
Mattress is terrible for hospitality industry.
Room door is flimsy and door lock is very weak. No entry door safety latch.

Great location and good clean room
The constant noise through the walls from other rooms until very late into the morning. I did not see a reception phone in the room to complain in the moment. The pillows are also very soft. Having a few variations of pillow thickness would help.

Noise from the passage and weird noises from other rooms plus there was a drainage smell coming out of the toilet

New building, everything is nice and clean. Right in the heart of Rosebank so is fairly walkable during the day.
It's an entire building of Airbnbs, and therefore no accountability - my neighbouring unit had a raging party until 6am, and when I reported it the next day the front desk were totally ambivalent about it. Despite being in Rosebank, the 400m between the building and the malls and restaurants is very unsafe at night, and I was told as much by the security in duty, so you'll need to Uber in and out at night. My specific unit had a brick wall as a view, about 2.5m away from the sliding glass door. If you stood on the balcony, you can reach out and touch it. Unless you're standing on the balcony, you literally cannot see the sky from inside the apartment.
