The welcoming staff -young lady- was excellent - looked after our needs perfectly, and was very patient as we juggled our bicycle storage. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were great. Rooms very well appointed.
Only that we couldn’t stay another night!!

The location was superb, lovely view towards the area of the Seine. The accommodation is in a number of small separate buildings around the pool and spa. The small village is lovely, dominated by the ruins of an ancient castle. Although the hotel doesn’t offer evening meals there’s a few nice restaurants nearby, we had a lovely meal at one and was given a lift back to the hotel by restaurant staff, very welcome. We would love to come again.

The layout of the buildings and garden is lovely and spacious. Big airy breakfast room by delightful pool.
Not much cupboard or shelf space in the room for unpacking.

The location was chosen for what we wanted to do though we were excluded from the Spa as we were informed it is detailed in the "Terms and conditions" of booking. BUT this is not the case on Booking.com site as it clearly lists the hotel facilities without any caveats. We had hoped to use the Spa and could only do so by upgrading to a suite or paying 20 Euros per person per day so again this was disappointing and I believe misleading.
The lack of available places to eat in a 20 mile radius of the hotel being either closed both at lunch time and evening or because we were there outside of standard holiday dates created a great inconvenience. The hotel did send us a list of places to eat but the lack of availability will make us ensure places to eat are a prime consideration before we book any accommodation the next time.
