The breakfast on site was wonderful. The room was very nice and good storage for clothes etc. it was quiet and very Quaint. The staff were AMAZING. We felt very welcome. The location was very easy walking distance to the train and beach.
Not close enough to city centre to walk to town.

Perfect location just outside of Sorrento and was only 2 train stops (10min), was a quiet area which was perfect, the staff were unbelievable and the daily breakfast was 10/10

Gennaro was an excellent host, always available to answer questions, and went out of his way to help. He booked tickets for a day trip to Capri, informed us about the direct bus from Piano di Sorrento to Naples Airport, and provided clear directions to the bus stop.
The rooms are dated. While a kettle was provided, there were only tea bags and no coffee.
Very limited choices for breakfast with no menu available, and requested options like the scrambled eggs came in tiny portion sizes.
Sleep disturbances were frequently disrupted by noise from a garden cockerel and a barking dog. Additionally, waking up every morning with new mosquito bites was a constant issue. After leaving the air conditioning on during the day to manage extreme humidity, staff turned it off and left the window open, letting humid air back into the room.
