Staff were friendly and the place was very clean
I asked for Ocean view, and the room was not nice view at all, could only see tiny bit of ocean( i asked to change rooms, which they did with no hassel).The faced where all the delivery trucks go and staff have their coffee/ smoke break...No English Breakfast Tea in room, said they had run out ,and the room service they had also run out of certain things we wanted to order..The room was clean and tidy but they needed to update and repaint certain things

Location was good being so close to the hot springs themselves, was good to be able to go to the hot springs then straight back to your room.
- No safe in room
- Tv not working (keep flickering on & off, sound not working consistently) unwatchable which was extremely disappointing over 2 nights
- no mini bar?
- room service very limited, not even any drinks on the menu? Also room service cut off is 8:30pm? Makes it very difficult when we were booked to go to the hot springs for 2 hours at 7:30pm
- restaurant & bar also closes at around 8:30/8:45pm at night.

Great location, comfortable, clean and good amenities
The only downside was the restaurant/food.
Says there’s room service but it’s only available afternoon/evening NOT breakfast and there’s not much of a selection.

The location is excellent. The geothermal water and the facilities are amazing. Cleanliness in the pools was very good too.
Staff didn't communicate with customers for anything outside of the pre-prepared answers. We wanted to add credit to our account to use for available service or treatment or even packages - but there was no support nor collaboration for it. It was a strict policy to keep to the available offers only. Which did not sit well with us, as a first time visitors, not knowing what to expect.
