房子设备比较齐全 挺干净的 位置可以 一楼的卧室尤其比较温馨 有前面独立的小空间和车库 三层空间较大 电视功能齐全
以下几点体验不太好 1 枕头太低扁了 用两个枕头垒在一起还是很低..睡的颈椎非常不舒服 被子被套很容易分离 2 电视遥控器是没电的，我们用空调遥控器的电池换过去才能看电视 3 性价比不太高，三卧一晚两千多且并不是那么精致的三卧甚至不是很独立的独栋别墅 4 和房东沟通有些不畅 告知续住时很快回复但询问退房延时的时候就很久不回复，只能打电话过去说没看见已经要来了，但这不管住客的事呀，给我们带来不便晚上问了临近退房都不答的话我们不知道要怎么安排时间一直惦记着..甚至不能多睡一会（当然感谢延时 不是义务但是否能延都请果断明确告知让我们能做计划 5 房子总体太中规中矩了没有特别有亮点的地方 就是设备比较齐全能住 不太隔音 客厅也没有全遮挡的窗帘很没有隐私

We had a wonderful 1-night stay at Leo’s place. The communication was incredibly smooth from the start, and Leo was very responsive and thoughtful regarding our needs. The house is very new, modern, and equipped with high-quality facilities that made our stay very comfortable.
Being in the heart of the North Shore, the location is perfect. We truly appreciated Leo's hospitality and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a premium stay in Auckland.
