It’s a lovely cozy apartment with everything you need, an amazing convenient location with many caffès around and a big park, also public transport super near. We are very pleased with our stay!

Everything was awesome, apartment is clean. It has a nice location. It is possible to cook in the kitchen. I also appreciate great communication with the host - we were able to move check-in and check-out time, which was very helpful
The only downside - stairs were a bit challenging to go up and down all the time, but it's more of a personal preference

Getting to the apartment and picking up the key was easy and simple. It is located on the ground floor. It is fine for two people. It has a nice kitchen and a nice living room. It is perfectly fine for a stay of two or three days.
In the middle of August, with temperatures outside hitting 40 degrees, the apartment has no air conditioning. There is a small fan that does absolutely nothing to help. Check-in is at 4 PM, which is absurd; the owner effectively robs you of half a day of your stay. Check-in times later than 2 PM should be banned by law. I sent a request for a 3 PM check-in, but the owner ignored it; I received no response. I went to the address, and the apartment was actually ready by 2 PM. That means I could have checked in earlier instead of waiting until 4 PM. The apartment is infested with cockroaches—small, large, and medium-sized ones. The small ones are all over the dishes, a large one was in the bathroom, and the medium-sized ones are everywhere.
