I loved this low-key hotel. Staff was attentive and courteous. Breakfast was good. Very modern and sits across from a park which I got to walk and enjoy a few times.
The toilet seat was broken but for 3 days stay, we didn't bother to change rooms, it would have been a hassle since we already changed rooms due to a broken A/C.

Okay breakfast with limited options - it's definitely not Continental as claimed.
Unfinished bathrooms. Floor tiles are dirty with cement. Whoever did the all-round masonry work should be given a 0.
Ceiling fan makes terrible noise and was not fixed despite telling at the front desk.
Approach roads leading to property is dirty, leaking gutters and smell. (needed a mask to overcome). It depends on what type of hygiene level you are at to stay here.
