The property is in a great location for mountain biking. Very walkable to town. The host and owner were very helpful in adjusting to our date errors.

Had a minor problem at check in that the manager handled very quickly. It’s an excellent rental and we enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here as our daughter was graduating from Colorado Mesa… the place was very clean and very convenient to drive back and forth from grand junction! The host was amazing when we had a couple issues and helped us figure out what to do. If I could suggest one thing it would be to put some mirrors in the bedrooms so if you have multiple people getting ready at one time, you could get ready in your room with hair and makeup since there are only 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms are the only place that have mirrors. Other than that it was great!!! Thanks again!
