Welcome to "Our Nest" located adjacent to Owl's Nest Resort and at the entrance to the White Mountains! Escape to our newly built, mountain-chic home which is situated to enjoy north-west facing views overlooking the second tee box of Owl's Nest. This beautifully designed 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house with a game room and secondary kitchenette, offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and classic mountain touches, accommodating up to 10-12 guests. This beautifully designed 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom house with a game room, secondary living room, additional kitchenette and oversized mudroom, completed in 2024, offers the perfect blend of modern comfort with classic mountain touches, accommodating up to 10-12 guests.
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an oversized mudroom featuring heated floors and lots of cubbies for all your outdoor gear! You will also find a laundry closet with a washer and dryer along with a half bathroom in this space. As you turn the corner you will be wowed by the natural light and view in the expansive great room featuring vaulted ceilings and a stunning wall of windows on the north-west side of the house, offering picturesque valley views with mountains in the distance. The open layout seamlessly connects the kitchen, living, and dining areas, creating an inviting space for gatherings with family and friends. Adjacent to the main living area you will find a game room with shuffleboard, electronic darts, custom made bar and a streaming tv.

- Third Bedroom (lower level): This room offers a queen-size bed and streaming tv.
- Fourth Bedroom (lower level): A fun, bunk room, accommodating up to 4 guests in twin-size beds, ideal for extra guests or children. Streaming tv.

Enjoy stunning views while preparing a meal in the well-equipped kitchen which boasts modern appliances and ample counter space including an expansive island with room for 5. A dining room table with room for 8 is flooded with natural light from the expansive windows is the perfect place to enjoy a meal after a long day on the slopes or the golf course! Also in the great room is a cozy living room with large, leather couch and gas fireplace.

We stayed here for my son’s wedding! It was perfect! The groomsmen had their pictures done here and the bride and groom also came down in golf cart for pics too! Beautiful home, deck and back yard. Nice big kitchen, game roomWith ping pong table. Just a lot of family fun!

Fantastic House and Amazing Location. Adjacent to Owl’s Nest golf course, this very recently built house was perfect for relaxing, working, and entertaining for the week. Mint condition house built in 2025 and we constantly felt the high quality craftsmanship and thoughtfulness whether we were out on the porch overlooking the golf course, cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, or enjoying the large downstairs game room with our daughter and six friends who all slept comfortably downstairs. Owners almost instantaneously responded when we had a few logistics questions. Ability to use the Owls Nest gym was also a plus. We’ll stay here when we’re back up for our other daughter’s graduation.

When you walk in the great room your first reaction is "WOW." The room is amazing and so is the view. We very much enjoyed all the small details as well: The amazing kitchen with beautiful blacksplash, the game room and ping pong table, the comfortable beds and cozy fireplace. This house was amazing, and so was the host, Sarah.
