The personal is very frindly and the rooms are clean.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was adequate and fairly clean with a nice bathroom and shower. Reception area and stairs were kept clean. Concierge was available on request.
It was quite difficult to find as the hotel sign is only right above the entrance, there isn't one sticking out on the small street it is on as you walk down it, and it hides behind the hotel next door. Breakfasts weren't great. had the choice of undercooked fried eggs, overcooked boiled eggs, small cocktail sized sausages which were hard to cut into, then things like mixed veg, rice and lentils (for breakfast?) the toaster takes about 10 minutes to brown your toast too, and the kitchen staff appeared grumpy. We weren't told about the facilities on offer, such as the pool, spa, billiards, laundry etc. No coffee sachets available in the room without a charge.
