Conveniently situated near top restaurants, boutique shops, and outdoor adventures, you’ll have everything you need just steps away.
This suite is located in the north building at the penthouse level. It has a full kitchen and all the other amenities that you need to make your stay feel like a home away from home!
There is a mini-split unit that provides heat and AC. The mini-split is located in the living room. The bedrooms do not have AC, but do have fans.
Check in time 4:00pm
Check out time 10:00am
Parking is located under our south building. There is also 24-hour, free street parking. Additionally, there is a small city parking lot across the street that is also free of charge.
We want to remind you that there are no staff onsite. But we are always available if you send us an email.
Pet-Friendly Stays at The Iconica
We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs at The Iconica! To help us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we charge a $50 pet fee for additional cleaning.
✔ Pet-Friendly Suites: We typically accommodate pets in Suites 1, 2, and 4. If those are unavailable, you’re welcome to book another suite, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your pet.
✔ Leaving Your Pet Unattended? If you plan to attend an event and need to leave your dog behind, please ensure they remain quiet and comfortable in your absence. Excessive barking or noise disturbances may result in a $200 fee.
✔ Breed Restrictions: For the comfort and safety of all guests, Pit Bulls and Rottweilers are not permitted.

Amazing view of Mount Hood. A great location - walking distance to a coffee shop and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Owner is very responsive as well.

Great view of Mt. Hood! Great space to hang out. Full kitchen. Good shower. Easy walking access to town coffee, restaurants, yoga, grocery store and more! Will be returning for sure!

What a wonderful stay!! The location is beautiful, the furnishings are top notch, the place was beyond immaculately clean, the little town is so charming and the host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. One of the best VRBOs that we have stayed in! Bravo!

We had a wonderful stay at The Iconica in White Salmon! Here’s a quick breakdown of our experience:
The Highlights
- Prime location — walkable to some great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops
- Quiet and peaceful setting, perfect for unwinding
- Plenty of parking — never had to worry about finding a spot
- Stunning view of Mount Hood right from the apartment — absolutely breathtaking
Areas for Improvement
- Bathroom cleanliness — the shower had some visible mildew and could use a deeper clean
- Low water pressure — noticeably weak compared to what you’d expect
- Lukewarm water — the temperature never reached fully hot, which made showers less enjoyable
Overall, The Iconica is a charming spot with an unbeatable location and gorgeous views. A little attention to bathroom maintenance and plumbing would easily make this a five-star stay.
