מיקום מרכזי מאוד צמוד לנחלת בנימין קרוב למסעדות והברים. צוות חביב בקבלת הפנים (לצערי לא ממש מועילים במה שבאמת חשוב).
יש עמדת קפה ויין חופשית לאורך כל היום. חדרים מעוצבים יפה.
Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing.
No sound insulation at all.
The rooms are extremely close to each other. We could hear every door closing outside, and worse - every person walking by. It was very, very noisy.
Very weak water pressure in the shower.
Serious heating issues.
When we entered the rooms, they were freezing cold. We turned on the air conditioning to heating mode (in two separate rooms), but after several minutes it became clear that no warm air was coming out.
I went to the front desk and was told to wait a few minutes and that it would warm up. When we returned, the room was still unbearably cold, so we turned the AC off.
At that point, I tried to contact reception/management around six times - every phone call was disconnected, and attempts to reach the hotel via WhatsApp also failed.
During the night, it was impossible to sleep because of the cold, especially combined with the lack of sound insulation. Cold air was clearly coming in from outside. We ended up using the hair dryer in the room just to warm ourselves.
In the morning at check-out, the front desk clerk was very kind, but told us that there is a known malfunction in the hotel’s entire heating system, and that other guests were also complaining about the same issue.
This raises several questions:
If this is a known issue, why wasn’t the entire staff aware of it? -
Why weren’t alternative solutions offered (space heaters, extra blankets, or at least advance notice before arrival)? -
How is it acceptable that there was no way to reach reception by phone or WhatsApp during the night? -
At check-out, the front desk clerk carefully wrote down all of our complaints and explicitly assured us that someone from the hotel would contact us regarding the situation.
Despite this promise, no one ever reached out to us.
We left extremely disappointed with the overall experience.
