A getaway for all seasons! Our home is beautifully situated on 36 acres of land, with sprawling lawns, fruit trees, wooded paths, and easy access to world-class trails for hiking and cross country skiing. It`s an ideal spot for indoor relaxation or outdoor recreation - the perfect combination of farmhouse style and modern comfort.
Basswood Pond State Forest is an easy walk from the home, or take a quick drive to nearby Cooperstown (20 mins) or Oneonta (30 mins), where visitors enjoy to museums
Beautiful private home set on 40 acres. The warm ambiance sets the tone for a relaxing stay. Enjoy the neighboring park with tons of hiking and exceptional fishing in Basswood Pond. The home is also set up for a comfortable stay for those who prefer to stay indoors - high-speed fiber internet, large television, board games and beautiful views!
The sizable kitchen is set with all of the amenities to accommodate any home chef - coffee machine, kettle, pots, pans, utensils, place settings, spices and all of the fun trinkets (citrus press, garlic press, etc).
Two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms ensure adequate space for medium groups or families (or just a little extra space for a couple).
Come take advantage of all nature has to offer while still just minutes from the convenience of Cooperstown and Oneonta!
The entire first floor of the home. This consists of: a beautiful master suite with a private full bathroom, queen sized bed and stunning views; a second bedroom with a twin and full sized bed; a third bedroom with a California king sized bed; a second full bathroom; a large renovated and well equipped kitchen; a large living room to enjoy television and/or board games; and a laundry room.

Burlington Flats is a quaint town full of nature conveniently located between Cooperstown and Oneonta.
Head into Cooperstown for a scenic lunch by the lake or a trip to the Baseball Hall of Fame. There are several restaurants/cafes spanning various cuisines including Italian, American, Diner Fair and more! Also, there is a well stocked Price Chopper right in the center of town.
Oneonta has all the fixings of a college town including hip restaurants, bookstores, cafes and shopping.
In either direction, you can find several Breweries and Vineyards to have a relaxing drink and enjoy the scenery. From the well known Ommegang to Rustic Ridge (just a short bike ride or drive away), you have options!
