Posizione ottima , nel centro di San Vincenzo a 40 metri dalla prima spiaggia , con parcheggio interno

Very short distance to the free beach and main street, apartment right by the city center, parking with the roof. In fact you get an apartment with large terrace which of course is a parking but we enjoyed spending time there with a glass of wine hearing the sound of the street and sometimes even the sound of sea waves. Restaurants, cafes, ice creams and all of it was within a 2 minute distance or less from the apartment. For us it was no need to use the air conditioning because the apartment is sunny only in the early afternoon when we were on the beach or making trips. Washing machine is a great advantage when you are with children. Conad supermarket is within 200m and has everything you need. Lovely atmosphere in the evenings when the main street is closed for cars. San Vincenzo is definitely worth seeing. The contact with Dominik was perfect! What else do you need on holidays?

Das Apartment war sauber in einer sehr guten Lage.
Der Strand und das Zentrum sind in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Dominik ist ein sehr sympathischer Host, spricht sogar deutsch. Wir haben Restaurant Tipps erhalten und noch zusätzliche Decken bekommen, da es bei unserer Ankunft unerwarteten Wetterumschwung gab.
Parkplatz direkt vor dem Zimmer.
Dusche ist eher eng. Man hat keine Aussicht, da es sich um ein Keller Apartment handelt.
