The hot spring onsen space was wonderful. Loved that it was open morning and evening until late. Juice service was good. Breakfast buffet was worth the whole stay on its own! Lakeside view room was also worth the stay. Make sure to ask for this! Free coffee, hot towels and sweets in the lobby cafe during 3-6p was a nice touch. Love the kimonos available for use during the stay. I got a family room that had floor futons for sleeping and floor table and cushions. The hot water kettle in the room was a wonderful touch!
The room needed a little bit more cleaning and maintenance. Some broken places in need of repair. Also lighting was very harsh and glaring rather than soothing or relaxing.
