Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end! From the warm welcome and exceptional hospitality of the reception staff to the breathtaking views of the lake, every detail made our experience truly special.
The room was beautifully designed in traditional Japanese style, and sleeping on the traditional Japanese bedding made the experience even more authentic and memorable.
Dinner was nothing short of remarkable. Chef Furuya Hirosh took us on a wonderful journey through Japanese cuisine, introducing us to an array of delicious flavours and beautifully prepared dishes. The fresh spring-water onsen was equally beautiful, offering the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind.
Breakfast was another highlight, with a delectable traditional Japanese spread that was an absolute delight.
To top it all off, the complimentary transport service to Kawaguchiko Station was such a thoughtful and lovely finishing touch.
Everything was exceptional, and we are so grateful for such a memorable experience. This hotel truly captures the beauty, warmth and hospitality of Japan. Highly recommended!

The staffs are very welcoming and helpful. The rooftop observation area is great providing 360 degree to watch Fujisan and Lake Kawaguchiko.
There are walking paths along the waterfront are convenient.
The food is standard, a bit above average but not Michelin start level yet; but with strong determinations to become better in better and fresh food supply; better execution in food preparations or planning as well as creative new ideas will bring the food department to new height and more customers will come.

Staff were excellent and so so attentive. Rooms were a large size and everything was made really clear on check in regarding our stay and use of private bath.
Nothing! Only think is dinner might be a bit of a miss if you don’t like shellfish/ fish!

It was great food was great. I’m just not sure that people understand what they’re getting into when they go there.
The food was great. Can’t complain. I just don’t understand why they don’t let you wear a bathing suit in the spa. It’s the 21st-century now and we want the experience but not the actual experience.
