Room was big and comfortable. A double bed each was very nice. Bath was good. Provided yukata was a nice touch. The private onsen is nice, but gets uncomfortably hot quickly with the sliding doors closed. Public onsen was well maintained. Meals were big and tasty. Staff were attentive and helpful. Shuttle bus between Kawaguchiko Station and the hotel was very helpful.
Meals got a bit samey after 3 days.

The dinner and breakfast were superb, it was vey quaint and retro, great viewing of Fuji San, highly recommend. The staff were wonderful

Great location, room was great. Onsen was amazing. Views would have been incredible had it not been cloudy!
Had to pre book breakfast and dinner long in advance and theres nowhere close to eat dinner out.

Great access and view of Fuji
Old property was very quaint which I loved but could use some basic maintenance. Sink faucet handles for example were not secure and just rattled around. The room was excellent otherwise.
