beds, onsen, view, breakfast. everything exceeded our expectation and we had good fun. The View of Fuji, althogh it was cloudy and couldn't see anything from the hotel, must be stunning.
a bit worn down and expensive, but a very nice experience all together. Arrived earlier than check in, staff happy to keep our luggage until we walked around in the town.

The location is good, right by the lake
The photos in booking don’t match reality. The facilities are very old and dated. Not good value for money. The staff is also not very kind nor helpful.
