you need to walk a bit to reach the glamping side, if you have rented car, it provide free parking space which is excellent.
we booked King Brown and the view are right infront of Mount Fuji which is spectaculars'. we enjoyed our stay there and staff are really friendly, thoughtful and helpful.
they even give us a set of extra bed and comforter for our kids
we stayed for 2 days, there isnt any room service during our stay. it would be better if the staff clean the trash or have somewhere for us to throw our trash outside of the room.

Excellent location, walking distance to Kawaguchiko train/bus station (9 min walk). On site car parking. Great view of Mt Fuji. Lovely terrace with outdoor seating. Cosy accommodation. Walking distance to restaurants. Quiet location. Vending machine and locker storage on site. Kettle, fridge and kitchen facilities. Booked King Room (Brown) has Mt Fuji view from accommodation.
Did not receive door lock code prior. Difficult communicating via audio from a security camera on property. Highly monitored with security cameras. The accommodation was extremely hot when air con was not on. Projector/TV (Abema) no English language channels. Tiny bathroom.

Good view of Mount Fuji on a clear day but only from the king rooms. Bed was comfortable and the property was clean. Fairly central location but difficult to find in the dark because it’s located off the Main Street.
We were expecting a dome because this was the picture advertised but apparently the company have, both domes and trailers so it’s important to check the small print when booking. There are lots of facilities available in the trailer but some are difficult to use if you are not Japanese. The remoteness of hosts also adds an additional dimension due to their accessibility. The property advertises the use of a bbq but this is only available when pre-booked and incurs an additional charge. Overall I was a little disappointed for the price because the property was not a cheap booking.
