Check in was easy. The living room and dining area were super cozy. Got all of the equipment needed for cooking. Mountain view was great with camping table and chairs on the rooftop.
The massage chair did not work so it was a shame. The rooms didn't have any chairs or tables so it’s a bit inconvenient for our bags or personal belongings. Only one of the rooms had a wardrobe, while the other one didn’t have any hooks nor hangers for our clothes.
The wallpaper in the toilet had peeled off a bit.

Saw Mt Fuji from the place on our last morning! Clean, Comfortable. Really nice place to stay!

Fantastic stay in Rakuten Fuji! We had a house with two floors all to ourselves for the 6 of us. 2 bedrooms, 6 beds, 2 full sized bathrooms, a full sized kitchen and living room. Plenty of space for all of us. Beautiful views of Mt Fuji. It was clean and so easy to checkin and out. We had a great time and would certainly book here again.
