Great location. Very clean and well presented, may have been refurbished recently.

Good location - right next to the old city. Not too far from bus and railway station as well. AC and ventilation unit was working very well, which was important, because when we visited Ljubljana, it was +30C.
Ad consists of photos from 2 or more rooms - we got the one with 2 bunk beds and shower stall, including toilet built in the room. Glass was not fully covered, so if the person is laying in the second bunk bed, it is possible to see what is going on in the shower/wc.

* Great location: On the edge of the city center, major sights and the river within walking distance, and a short, direct bus ride from the station.
* Top-tier apartment: pristine hygiene, Spacious, well-equipped kitchen, stable Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a washing machine as real assets. The infrared sauna right in the apartment and the espresso maker were true luxuries, and the popcorn machine was a charming touch. From disposable slippers to umbrellas, everything was astonishingly well thought out.
* Seamless, quick, and friendly communication: Very attentive to our needs. The host checked in multiple times during our 1-week stay to see if we needed anything, and our request for cleaning supplies was granted promptly. Absolutely above and beyond!
* Admirable value for money: The high privacy of a self-contained apartment combined with hospitality better than a luxury hotel.
* Atmospheric environment: No street noise, just pleasant city ambiance like a nearby concert or church bells—and very effective soundproofing with windows and doors closed. A good bakery, restaurants and bars are just a few steps away.
* Advantages of the Dr. Guest app: Having all necessary apartment information as written documents in one place was very helpful.
* Drawbacks of the Dr. Guest app: Sharing personal data for check-in raised privacy concerns, and the chat function was unhelpful (we were prompted to communicate via Booking.com anyway).
* 16:00 Check-in time: Later than standard. Mixed feelings about the offer for an early check-in at an additional cost., given the level of comfort and hospitality offered, I would have gladly paid that amount anyway.
* Key code delivery: I would have preferred to receive the house key code at least a few hours before the exact 16:00 check-in time, just in case of any
technical or internet issues.

No sé si me gustó algo más, pero la ubicación no es mala.
Se sintió poco seguro porque al estar tan cerca de la entrada del edificio daba la sensación de estar alerta todo el tiempo. El control remoto de la TV no funcionó, avisé, pero no me ayudaron a solucionarlo. El baño demasiado pequeño.
