Clean, comfortable and quite. On site parking. Easy access on arrival. Good hot water supply. Coffee and kitchenette. Welcome supplies.
Reversing out of the parking spot, boxed in by the neighbouring space occupied by a massive SUV and the pillars at the front of the house was no fun - I wouldn't have managed it on my own. The ensuite is tiny and the sink on top of toilet cistern is unusable - fortunately there's the kitchenette sink in the bedroom. The walk to the RSC and back - one mile each way - is further than I'd have liked.

Great location with car parking and walking distance to town centre. Beautiful garden to sit in with chairs and tables provided. Comfortable room with ensuite. Nice to find tea, coffee, biscuits and cafetiere provided.
